  Brad is an outstanding agent who goes out of his way to meet any need that arises. For example, this past year I've had both a vehicle and a homeowner claim. In such cases, the agent is pretty much out of the loop as the claims are handled by claim agents, adjusters, etc.. However, in each case, Brad regularly checked back with me to ensure that the claims were being processed smoothly, deftly fielded any questions I had, and encouraged me to call him should there be any issue with the claim. Brad is top-notch and he has my highest recommendation!
